2nd International Conference “ITS On Roads”
The 2nd International Conference titled “The Role of ITS within the Toll Road Network in Russia—Modern Trends in National Development” was held in St. Petersburg on September 23–26, 2015. The Conference proved to be a unique forum for discussions on the most topical issues concerning implementation of ITS in Russia.
Mr. Igor Matsur, Director-General of VZGLYAD LLC, took part in the round-table discussion regarding “Integral highway informational and communication infrastructure, accompanying services, and modern trends in toll collection”. He presented a report titled “A Study of Various Barrier-less Toll Systems (e.g. Free-Flow) and their Efficiency in Toll Roads and Traffic Management”.
