4^th International “Russia Innotech 2013” Forum

The 4^th International “Russia Innotech 2013” Forum was held in Moscow on November 21^st, 2013. The topic of the Forum was “Innovative Technologies and Economic Mechanisms to Improve Transport Infrastructure and Car Building”. Under the auspices of the Forum, the 5th International Conference “ITS in Russia—2013” was held. Igor Matsur, the Director General of “VZGLYAD” LLC, presented his report titled “On Developing and Prospects of Implementation of UTP VZGLYAD for ITS”.
